Cancellation Policy for Ushodaya Holidays
This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling travel services booked through Ushodaya Holidays. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
TYPE OF Scope and Applicability: This policy applies to all travel services provided by Ushodaya Holidays, including but not limited to
  • Domestic and International Tour Packages
  • Air Ticket Bookings
  • Passport Assistance
  • Visa Services
Cancellation Procedures:
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@ushodayaholidays.in or by contacting us at 9666494123.
  • The cancellation request must include the booking reference number, client name, and details of the service to be canceled.
  • The date of cancellation will be the date on which Ushodaya Holidays receives the written cancellation request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy : Tour Packages (Domestic and International)
  • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the tour departure date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits (e.g., hotel booking deposits).
  • Cancellations made 9 to 4 days prior to the tour departure date: 60% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the tour departure date: No refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy : Air Ticket Bookings
  • Refunds for air tickets are subject to the specific airline's cancellation and refund policies. Ushodaya Holidays will assist with processing refunds, but cannot guarantee any specific refund amount.
  • A service charge will be applied for processing any airline ticket refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy : Passport and Visa Services:
  • Government fees paid for passport or visa applications are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the scheduled appointment: 90% refund of Ushodaya Holidays’ service fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment: 50% refund of Ushodaya Holidays’ service fee.
General Refund Conditions:
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Non-refundable deposits, if any, will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Changes and Amendments:
  • Requests for changes to bookings (e.g., date changes, passenger changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Ushodaya Holidays reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on our website.
Force Majeure:
  • Ushodaya Holidays shall not be liable for any cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, 1 political unrest, airline cancellations, or government regulations.
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds, subject to the policies of our service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
